When adding a new user group, the currently logged in user is filled in as the
default owner. However, only the userid is used; the affiliation is not
included. If the default affiliation is different than the affiliation of the
user, simply submitting the form without adding the affiliation for the user
will give an error about the user id being unknown. The default owner value
should also include the affiliation.
