The VCL website currently enforces HTTPS for all URL's. This is a good default.
In cases where the SSL traffic is offloaded to an external device (e.g. Load
Balancer) the vcl website should not enforce HTTPS traffic. See
vcl-load-balancer-ssl-offload.png for details.
