Some changes that need to happen:
The following packages are not available on CentOS 8
perl-Expect (possibly only used if experimental features enabled)
perl-Frontier-RPC (only needed for ONE)
perl-Mo
perl-Net-Jabber (probably not needed)
perl-RPC-XML
MariaDB 8 requires a separate "CREATE USER" before doing "GRANT USER"
managementnode.availablenetworks needs a default value
