Claude Brisson resolved VELTOOLS-74.

Resolution: Fixed
The framework is ready, even if only a portion of the tools do have their
corresponding testcase for now.
Also provided, two new ant targets, start.showcase.webapp and
stop.showcase.webapp, that will respectively run and stop the showcase webapp
using the embedded Jetty servlet container.
Tests results go to build/test/rst, and all logs to build/test/log.
