Hi Henning,

Thanks!

That sounds good- I agree. I suggest the routine be to move the
report to the web site once submitted and remove from the Wiki. We
can leave a place holder, see for instance:
http://wiki.apache.org/velocity/BoardReport-January2007

But (since you're the one writing most of the reports) change the
template or the system as you see fit. (presumably for the May
report).

https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/velocity/site/site/src/site/apt/reports/

Which is composed from:

https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/velocity/ - Velocity repo

site/ - The wrapper site repository

site/ - The actual code for the site (as opposed to tools)

  src/site/ - maven 2 site source directory

apt/ - "Almost plain text" formatted files

    reports/ - Reports sub directory.

I think it is great to compose the reports on the Wiki, but once we
sent them to the board we should move them to the "official" site
building.

Apt is a really cool format for writing text. You get from the text
report to a formatted web site in < 2 minutes. And it is much easier
to read than xdoc.

        Best regards
                Henning
