Bad link to download Velocity Tools

Pretended I was an ordinary user, going to download Velocity Tools.
Went to the main site.
Clicked "Velocity Tools 1.2".
Choose "download" from the menu
Chose "VelocityTools 1.2 is now available for download in source or binary form"
result - bad link. Goes to old Jakarta site.
I notice many of the links here are for the jakarta web site. Possibly is is a
result of the structure combining site information with docs for the specific
version.
I didn't change this, wasn't sure how we should handle this. Are we close
enough to the 1.3 release this doesn't matter?
In the short term I'll see if I can set up a forward on jakarta.apache.org from
the old download page to the new.
