Gump runs the package target? I hadn't realized that. I thought we only ran
this for creating final distributions. Thanks for catching this.
Does it really work to set target=1.4, source=1.4 and have the resulting jar
work with JDK 1.3, 1.4, 1.5 no matter which JDK you compile with?
