I noticed a typo on this page:
http://velocity.apache.org/tools/releases/1.3/generic/ . I saw a new
ResourceTool in the left-hand side of the page, but I couldn't find it on the
right side under the Overview header. And then I noticed that there are two
links for EscapeTool. The second link is actually for the ResourceTool, but it
has the wrong name.
