Will had already created a new "ANAKIA" Jira project; I just added a
"TEXEN" project and moved all open issues from the Velocity/Anakia and
Velocity/Texen categories to these new projects.
Unfortunately I also hit the "remove anakia and texen from engine
distribution" issue which is now ANAKIA-1. :-/
