That's great!  I've been thinking something similar.

You might look at the build files/directory structure I set up for Anakia
and Texen.   I intentionally made the ant scripts generic.  I'm not familiar
with the maturity of the DVSL build, but if you wanted to use a copy of the
Anakia build files it'll be easy to set up automatic downloads of supporting
jars, run the tests etc.  (and the POM files are a good model too).
