reload template by programming

Dear developers
I have a problem when using VelocityEngine to merge template. I want to reload
template when i merge it with context every times. but VelocityEngine just
merge the cached template for the first time.
I dont know anyway to do this.
So you can help me. and show me the way to reload template by programming.
PS: I put template files in classpath, and i set no cache when init
VelocityEngine.
