The links on the change report for the latest release are linking to the wrong URLs in JIRA. Specifically on
http://velocity.apache.org/engine/devel/changes-report.html links to https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/ViewIssue.jspa?key=VELOCITY-585 should instead be to https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/VELOCITY-585 Hopefully this is a straight-forward report template to change.
