Whoops, sorry it seems that SVN diff made a bit of a mess.
Anyway, simply copy the files from:
src/test/java/org/apache/velocity/tools/
to:
src/test/java/org/apache/velocity/tools/generic/
since the package for these tests is:
org.apache.velocity.tools.generic
