Can you point me to a bug id so > I can read-through it? Sorry, no case was opened for it. The problem was that things were being doubly-encoded in the query data and fragment portions. So a character would be encoded into %34 (or whatever) and then the % was being encoded again. This was fixed for anchors prior to beta3, and was fixed for query data just recently.
