Hi,
I have unified and consolidated the jar name, requirements and explanation in
the jar dependencies file thats enclosed herewith. We could just add a
reference to it in the build.xml file as below to eliminate redundancy of same
information.
In build.xml file provide a reference to jar dependencies file as below:

Refer <a
href="http://velocity.apache.org/engine/releases/velocity-1.6.2/jar-dependencies.html";>jar
dependencies file</a> for more information
on the jar names, their requirements and purpose.
</p>
I have taken care that the information in jar dependencies file (attached) is
consolidated with that of the build file and does not miss any information.
Can i checkout and commit this patch? Even the build.xml file has been attached
for reference.
