Arun.  We have a [email protected] mailing list.  Please use it for 
things like this, until such time as we've confirmed that it is indeed a bug 
and not something you are doing wrong.

I appreciate your earnestness, but this bug tracker is ultimately for Velocity 
issues, not user issues.  So please try to confirm that you have found a bug 
*before* opening JIRA issues.

Take your problem here to the mailing list, and i will happily assist you there.
