Not able to interpret .vm(velocity file)

I'm trying to evaluate Quartz application to run on Weblogic Server. When I
deploy the Quartz web application through Weblogic workshop it works fine. The
problem comes when I package it into a .ear file and deploy it using Weblogic
console. The jsp pages gets loaded but the .vm files doesn't. There seems to be
some problem with the loading mechanism.
