I tested the built for the engine and the tools, and everything went fine.

Hi all
I started the promotion of the sandboxed Maven-reorganized projects.
At this point, Velocity Engine has been promoted to the 2.0_Exp, while
the original 2.0_Exp branch has been moved to "archive" folder.
Tools promoted.
Velocity Master promoted.
Site and Anakia promoted.
Texen and DVSL promoted, so the promotion has finished.
Now the best part. I suggest you to use a Maven enabled IDE, for
example Eclipse+m2eclipse or NetBeans (not sure about IDEA).
I suggest it since the "magic" of these IDEs consists in downloading
all the dependencies and you have a ready-to-use project, without the
need of messing around with libraries.
Have fun!
Antonio
