Claude Brisson commented on VELOCITY-975:
-----------------------------------------

The only thing related I could think of is the non-breakable space hack in the
velocity character stream which means "next character is an EOF". But it does
use "\u001C", which does not seem related.

Otherwise, we would need an example of the faulty template section to
understand what's happening.

> Ran across some cases of processing files using velocity with some unicode
> characters in it that caused some unexpected results. Is there anything that
> I can do to prevent or mitigate this short of stripping out a set of bad
> characters before i had the script off to velocity?
