I continued my experiments with multiplatform kotlin. There is a way to *not* deprecate $foo.bar after all, which remained quite harsh as a deprecation.

So I'm changing my vote to -1, retracting RC1, and I'll propose an RC2. I really hope that when I push it out it won't get stuck at two votes...

I'm not far from having a functional 3.0, but it still requires a lot of review... If some people are interested I can push the working branch.
