The fn:collection supports using "source" files provided during the testing
process. The same functionality needs to be added to the fn:doc function.
The VXQueryMetadataProvider will need to be used to get the "source" files
right before the fn:doc function attempt to read a file. See
VXQueryMetadataProvider getScannerRuntime function for collection code.
