Summary: Support for all Algebricks internal functions

Algebricks has a few internal functions used as generic representations of the
languages functions for optimizing the query plan. I noticed algebricks:is-null
is missing. A map needs to be made to the XQuery equivalent function.
Also find any other functions that are missing maps.
