Been working with Markdown as part of a Maven site for the last days, and not sure, whether to recommend it. 1.) In particular, I am badly missing tables. 2.) Doesn't seem to work nicely with the maven-pdf-plugin. 3.) Also, the generated HTML files don't look as good as those converted from APT. (My personal feeling, couldn't express why.)
