Replied to the mailing list for that.
Another important point to note, which might change the analysis of this
problem. In the actual document we actually do have quotes. These quotes are
read in and printed out correctly. So it is rather interesting to see why the
printer prints the quotes as html tag only for the header.
However, for the actual content in the document too, there are some errors
while printing the result. It removes spaces after and before quotes.
