I think Still I cannot comment in the wiki page. It's better if we can
give
a chance for the user to limit the number of hits of and query through
the
user interface. It's better if the api can give suggestions of the name
of
the xmls avaiable in the sever when typing the query .These suggestion
can
be done for key release .

Hi Dilshan,
it's great that you are interested in working on the project.
To get an idea about the content you could follow the links to the
associated JIRA issue and take a look at the content of the wiki. It
would
be great to get your thoughts on that content.
Cheers,

Project: VXQuery
Issue Type: New Feature
Reporter: Preston Carman

The web-base query interface allows a user to execute a query
from a
web
browser and get the result. The interface should support giving
the user
additional details and statistics about the query. The command
line
interface has provides theses details. The web inter face will
need to
connect to the RESTful api and report these to the user. The
specific
details include: the abstract syntax tree, logical plan, optimized
plan,
job details, and query statistics.
The web interface will present these items in an easy to read
format
that is pleasing to the eye.
Key tasks:
* Create a web-base query interface.
* Present the user with options for receiving additional query
details
and statistics
* Tasteful display the result of the query and additional query
details
