Description: Currently {{XMLSerializer.printJsonValue}} prints quotes for
values with the ValueTag {{XS_STRING_TAG}}. However there are more types that
should be quoted. Certainly all subtypes of xs:string should be quoted and
probably all other non-numeric and non-boolean atomic XML Schema types as well
as their serialization is not valid JSON. (was: Currently
