I think you can include this CLI change in your REST pull request. One comment: please don't change the name of the class to VXQueryCLI. While I like that name better than VXQuery, the temporary pull request I created show it as a new file instead of diffing your changes. (This may just be an issue with git, but it would be nice to see the changes.)
