The dependency de.hpi.isg.profiledb* replaced by local implementation,
because of orphan project.
- [WAYANG-32]: create the local implementation
- [WAYANG-33]: modify the wayang code to remoce the hpi
- [Java11]: modification on maven to support java11 and switch from
different versions of scala.
