[OK] Download all staged artifacts under the url specified in the release vote
email.
[OK] Verify the signature is correct.
[MINOR] Check if the signature references an Apache email address: Be sure to
attend an Apache Key-Signing party as soon as there are such events again to
have your key added to the Apache web of trust.
[OK] Verify the SHA512 hashes.
[OK] Unzip the archive.
[OK] Verify the existence of DISCLAIMER, LICENSE, NOTICE, README, RELEASE_NOTES
files in the extracted source bundle.
[OK] Verify the content of DISCLAIMER, LICENSE, NOTICE, README, RELEASE_NOTES
files in the extracted source bundle.
        - Using default DISCLAIMER therefore more riggourus checking of license
related issues
[OK] [RM] Verify the staged source README, RELEASE_NOTE files correspond to
those in the extracted source bundle.
[NOT OK] [RM] Run RAT externally to ensure there are no surprises.
        - You seem to be bundling the James Joyce Ulysses text as test-data ...
this is not public domain yet.

https://joycefoundation.utulsa.edu/joyce-copyright/joyce-works-copyright-public-domain/
[MINOR] Search for SNAPSHOT references: Only found some in the dummy website
copy in the integration-tests:
        - The distro module still contains SNAPSHOT versions
        - The wayang-docs module still contains SNAPSHOT versions
[OK] Search for Copyright references, and if they are in headers, make sure
these files containing them are mentioned in the LICENSE file.
[MINOR] Build the project according to the information in the README.md file.
        - Readme isn't mentioning any need to setup HADOOP_HOME
        - I got build failures from the rat plugin as it interprets the
java, scala, resource files (the ones containing path settings) as
sources without headers.
        - After fixing this, the build failed as the plugins didn't like the
files instead of directories under Windows
[SKIPPED] [RM] Build the project with all with-xyz profiles and tests enabled
and an empty maven local repo.
        - Wasn't able to build on Windows.
