Hey,

Had a short chat with Matt - he said he hasn’t committer rights anymore. But he 
filed a PR:

His comment was:
"But, if you search for "license" in the repo, you'll find that a bunch of the 
files already have apache 2 notices, so assuming the whole thing is apache 2

And hopes someone with maintain rights will merge.
