Hey,

we have identified and solved that problem:

When building the distribution in the wayang-assembly module, all artefacts
are pulled from the local Maven repository.
I was thinking that the assembly takes all the freshly built stuff from the
project build context.
This was not the case.

Explicitly installing the artefacts before building the distribution worked
and solved the problem.

There is also a docu-page related to this topic:
https://github.com/apache/incubator-wayang/blob/main/guides/develop-in-Wayang.md

Thanks to Zoi, Alex and Juri for your support.

Cheers,
Mirko
