Looking really good now. A few comments :
- What about moving "Advanced Search" to the "Search Page" ? (i.e. only after
a user sees whether a "normal" search works before they try an advanced
search). Maybe also move the "Seach" box into the "Help" section ?
- Change the "Language" button to "Your Language"
- Remove "Download" from "General Links" as there is the "Download" link on
the tabs and on the froint page it is now the biggest link :)
- The dates seem to have been reverted to the US form - what happened to put
the 3 letter month name ?
- Is the "Where" necessary ? Or would "In:" be better ?
- On the right "About OOo" should be "About Us" or "About OpenOffice.org"
- "OOo in the Press" maybe should be simply "Media mentions" ?
- Beside the OOo logon on the top in nice big letters, how about "Finally a
completely FREE, completely functionaly, office suite" :)
- maybe change "Visit your local OpenOffice.org Linguistic community" to
"Visit your local linguistic community" ?
- each of the right panels should also have a "more..." link to a page with
more details about "Resources","About", "Events", etc.

Very minor points :)
- how about adding template docs to "Resources" ?
- can the "I-bar" cursor on the drop down menues at the right be changed to a
"pointer" ?
- defintiely add to "For Developers" a "Getting Started" and "Where to ask
questions" links
- make the footer a bit smaller by removing the "<p>" before "By any use of
this Website"
