I know this has nothing to do with the homepage, but we aren't halting
all other development, are we?

This person below makes a good point - perhaps we should take a look
at some of the descriptions at
http://api.openoffice.org/issues/enter_bug.cgi

Especially the one for "Framework"

Just a thought - to be acted on whenever anyone has time.

Subject: [website-feedback] The definition or "Description" of the
word "Framework".

Specifically, within the Component and Description Section and even more
specifically the definition or "Description" of the word "Framework".
Realistically speaking, you should not use the word you are defining within
the sentence or sentences that are suppose to define the very word being
defined. This is circular logic, it is like saying "A car is a car because
it is a car", which is a perfectly illogically nonsensical sentence that
would only have any informational meaning within a poem, a mantra or a Zen
poem!

SPECIFICALLY:
Framework: This is the framework of the applications.

That description is a 100-percent meaningless description. I still do NOT
know what is the function of a "Framework," nor do I know why I should even
care to know WHAT it is or WHY it exists. I still have absolutely no idea
of why "Framework" is of any importance to OpenOffice.Org software, or the
Query Tracker process. Such a description is a pointless and completely
useless piece of information an utter wasted of text. In fact, that
description for "Framework" does not even inform, so technically it is not
even information - it is just so many pointless letters and words combined
together into a totally meaningless and grammatically correct sentence.

Big whoop dee doo da!
