Thast looks much nicer, and the part below the download is porperly lined up an spacious. I have two small niggles. the "languages" thing is still cut off at the right-hand edge of the screen, using Opera for Windows.
The other one, and the root of my feeing about "clutter" comes in the top-left-hand cornerof the main section, above "Resources". I have two problems here. The first is that the "resources" bosx is a few pixels above the next element to the right: the grey frame to the download box. That makes it appear to squash up against the ceiling, so to say. the other is that, even after these are levelled, I still think they're too close to the menu bar. Lowering them five or ten px would make things seem much more open.
