I like the way the issues / votes are summarized by category:
        http://qa.openoffice.org/issues/showvotes.cgi
I think it would be a very useful addition to make the category
headings hyperlinked to a preformed search query of just those issues.
e.g. the table heading "Chart" finds the issues pertaining to Chart.
        http://qa.openoffice.org/issues/query.cgi
Otherwise, there is no way for someone not deeply familiar with the issue 
tracking system to browse the issues except by playing 20 questions with 
the search interface.
