Well mockups is not really what I had in mind, I want to see more of like a
sxw/html document breakding down the site into se(headers, footer, menus,
content, etc. and describing the class and menus involved. I guess I can do a
part and others can join in.
Hopefully in the next hour I will submit an issue with a first draft of the
document. Later we could either link to the document and files or we can just
export it as xhtml.
