I made it so that if screen is resized down, The content lines up on top
of each others. But the bottom stuff is problematic, we have to work on
that.

I'm glad you like it. It was just a quick doodle, but as you can see,
your great artwork has the most important role in it.

Yeah, the "community resources" isn't very good. I took it from the
current OpenOffice.org website, just to fill some space.

As you may have noticed, I made it based on this design:

...which I like bunches.

Why do I like it much more than the current website?

Because big images, big text gives a more secure feel to it. Even if the
project is huge we don't need to show the users a frontpage with dozens
of different items and a lot of space. Big objects look as if they were
closer to the screen.

And oh, this version was coded from scratch.
