It does stand out, but somehow it's a bit distracting. The bigger size looks like some kind of an error, which I know it isn't. It's hard to put it the same position (vertically) as the new user button, though. Also the button curves, at least in the download button, look slightly hand-painted. Browser-safe colors are ones that look exactly the same also in 256-color palette. Otherwise they have a very ugly dithering, making the texts hard to read.
