Then we hold a vote right here, on the website list. Not a committee. A vote.
For how long would you continue this voting process? If about two weeks
a new design pops up, are we going to vote again? Or will there be a
deadline? Thought we already passed this deadline long ago. The fact
that matthews design didn't make it was because it was not favoured by
the project leads. These are wise-enough people who got a good
introduction on the three designs discussing pro's and con's. This
introduction has even been approved by us if I recall correctly. The
PL's don't stand for just the website, but for the overall OOo project,
and that's why some decisions are made there. And why? Because else
everyone is trying to get everything done, but nothing ever happens.
