If I come in looking for a manual, or looking to talk to someone, or to provide 
feedback, submit a bug report, etc, I would not have any place to do those 
things 
on this design.

The fact that you didn't decide on this design doesn't change the problems with 
it. Look, I know you really want your design approved, but I honestly think 
it's 
lacking a lot of information.

You could start by adding a support link somewhere. That would help.

I disagree. New users are an important source of feedback. We can't restrict 
feedback only to experts. Otherwise we'll never design a program that is useful 
to newbies.
