Firefox has always rendered things properly. It looks like some of the CSS files isn't applied. But if that is the case, the horizontal navigation is displayed as a vertical bulleted list, not like that. Also the code isn't so buggy that the content would have to overlap that way. The login is half-hidden (as Daniel said before) and the OOo 2.0 headings is partially below the paragraph text. Maarten has done some sturdy and stable CSS, nothing like what I see here. This really shouldn't be happening.
