The browser version may not be relevant. Firefox has always rendered
things properly.

It looks like some of the CSS files isn't applied. But if that is the
case, the horizontal navigation is displayed as a vertical bulleted
list, not like that.

Also the code isn't so buggy that the content would have to overlap that
way. The login is half-hidden (as Daniel said before) and the OOo 2.0
headings is partially below the paragraph text. Maarten has done some
sturdy and stable CSS, nothing like what I see here.

This really shouldn't be happening.
