I try "cvs -d :pserver:[EMAIL PROTECTED]:/cvs login" and get a password prompt. However, It won't accept my current OOopassword, or any other. In the logs there is simply a brusque "connection refused"
It does work from linux. sort of -- there are other problems. and command line cvs is no fun at all. But it looks to meas if the problem lies with tortoiseCVS my end. Bugger.
OK. It works forwarding through the linux box. There is clearly a problem with Putty and OOo and I can't work out what it is. But,I do now have the web site colde downloading at this moment.
