Luckily, this only means changing a few color properties here and there, no big deal. The download button could be a bit more orange imho. I'd even suggest #ffcc33.
Don't know about the size, it doesn't bother me. In any case it can't be vertically aligned to the same position where the blue ones are. If we touch the button styles, our plain background-and-border styles are applied instead. Not the fine graphical stuff viewers may prefer. So I guess we don't need to do this. Thinking about the overall look of the website, it's reasonable. But I myself (as a web designer) have sort of grown out of this kind of interface styling already.
