Personally I would allign the download button to the same hight as the new user button, it's just looks a bit mis-alligned as it is now. You could also center the download button between the eggs and the other button, this will create more distance from the other button so the problem is solved as well.
Aligning with the new user box is not possible, it's part of the float. It's a trade-off of making pages flexible. I have not been able to get the box centered... which would indeed be a solution. Currently it has just a little left margin... (but not too much, as else it floats badly for 800x600 screens; where I don't want the download button already below the other buttons).
You desided to put default text in the login input fields, in that case you might as well put "user" and "password" as text in the appropriate fields to get rid of the description infront of the fields. Also, just for the convenience you could add a little JavaScript to clear the input field as soon as you click on them. This will save some manual clearing. People wothout JavaScript can always do it them selfs again. Also, the colours should be a bit darker because people visual handicap might not be able to distinguish the input fields from the background anymore.
This problem has been noted. Well the text was just put there to have a all automatic tests of Bobby and Cynthia pass the test... but we decided not to remove the text... we got already labels for the input fields. The border be darker.
