Hi, Who has access to changing people's account information for the OOo website? On the feedback list, many many people send messages saying "I gave the wrong email address, can you fix this" or other questions about whether we can "fix" their account information/login. Should I just tell them to create a new account, or can these problems be routed to somebody?
On that note, sorry for falling behind on the feedback list. I'll try to catch up in the coming weeks (things have been pretty busy for me lately).
