Hmm, Louis added them with revision 1.1471 - the log-comment reads:
"added <div>...</div> around ul for download button; added articleos on
bharateeya oo."
For this reason I don't want to remove them without clarifying first why
these have been added..

So I think he did it on purpose (but don't ask me why - maybe to
workaround a bug in opera?)

So Louis, why did you add the divs?

(We can use domainhome.html to check it without the divs) -
