Hi Jonathan, the first thing I saw was good, just two boxes... now you're heading off for a new link soup (but just bigger). My 'advice' is not to use big boxes for all 4 download options, but just for those which are important to most visitors on the page... guess the legacy relase will be for a very small minority, and most users won't probably expect such a huge box.
Furthermore I believe getting the CD's is rather different from downloading, so I would emphasize that using a different design element.
Bullet list for all the other stuff is ok imho (keep it small), or just create another page to throw the trash in ;)
