I'm not sure who maintains this page, I would suggest merging
http://distribution.openoffice.org/cdrom/sellers.html and http://distribution.openoffice.org/cdrom/
... the links to the bittorrent and distribute page could be just be a remark at the sellers.html page (at the bottom, with an link to an anchor at the top of the page). This would just reduce the steps for average user, and would reduce the need for a redesign of the buttons, which don't really fit design..
Or pages should stop referring to http://distribution.openoffice.org/cdrom, but to the sellers.html, which is in most cases the page people are looking for.
