I'm planning (hoping) to have it looking just like the new Home page. I have run into a couple of snags, caused by my lack of knowledge of CSS and where such things as DomainHome.css and the various images are to be found. I don't know whether I should take a copy of DomainHome.css, modify it and put it in the cdrom directory, or just use the same background images as on the HP (my personal preference). This is complicated by the fact that I want to have 2 buttons, one for the "potential" Distributor's info page, the other one leading directly to the torrent. I've made a start, but I need to know a little more about how css works (for example, how do I gt the 2 buttons side by side?). My current attempt is viewable at <http://distribution.openoffice.org/cdrom/index2.html>. Maarten, if you'd like to contact me off-list I'd appreciate the help... > > Or pages should stop referring to > http://distribution.openoffice.org/cdrom, but to the sellers.html, which > is in most cases the page people are looking for. With the javascript in the Sellers page, that would be very useful. An alternative would be a similar JS which would open the seller's listing, with only the relevant entries displayed, possibly in a separate window (or tab in Firefox)... > > Just my 2c :) > > g., > > > Maarten > > --------------------------------------------------------------------- > To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] > For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] -- Alex Fisher Co-Lead, CD-ROM Project OpenOffice.org Marketing Community Contact Australia/New Zealand http://distribution.openoffice.org/cdrom/ --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
