won't be published for a short while.
I looked at a ~/index2.html but didn't find one...Not a problem, of
course.

Yes... Sorry - I was looking at doing something like that. My
mistake. In the future I will use index2.html .
So, here are my critiques.
0. it is really much better!
1. fonts seem a little large. this is just me, probably.
Will reduce them to standard size fonts found on the web site :).
2. color, layout, etc., is most effective :-)
3. books... I have the impression that Documentation is managing
that. If it is, then perhaps only one section for books. Best to
just send a note to [EMAIL PROTECTED], to see what is going
on there.

4. Hm. perhaps we should say, "Commercial Support" and "Free
Community Support"

5. perhaps slightly more space between entries? that would make it
look less crowded but still be legible....
